The units were bright and the staff were very courteous and pleasant people who worked at the reception desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. The hotel's location was amazing and good to "First" summit.

Location: the hotel was right by the restaurants and business area or the station about 1.5km away, the shops or restaurants of the Dorfstrasse/Terrassenweg and the Jungfrau and Eiger with nice lounge chairs and even a beer on the house with snacks. We had a good stay that met my needs, would stay again and again...

The views from my room were amazing. I enjoyed a spacious room that provided a perfect work environment. The staff were professional and efficient, assisting with my presentation setup. Breakfast featured high-quality options, including freshly baked bread from local suppliers, which enhanced my mornings. Free local bus passes made it easy to get around the area, further supporting my business needs.

Housekeeping could be improved.

The view from our apartment was stunning. We were traveling with family, and the two-level apartment was perfect for us, providing plenty of space and comfort. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare simple meals, and the daily breakfast was a good treat. The location, while a bit uphill, offered tranquility and easy access to public transport, which made our outings very convenient. This place was a gem that added to our nice trip.

The views from our terrace were amazing! We felt so cozy in our spacious room, and the convenient kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the proximity to the bus stop made exploring easy.

We loved the cozy atmosphere in our twin room, and the complimentary bottled water daily made our stay feel even more special. The views from our balcony were a good surprise each morning.

It was just a top selection for a brief stopover in Grindelwald with good price value. The bus voucher provided made it easy to explore the area. Bring comfortable shoes for the walks around the fine views.

Amazing mountain views.

The uphill walk to the hotel was taxing, particularly after a long day of travel. I was very frustrated with the shuttle service, as their communication was confusing and we incurred unnecessary international call charges. The hotel felt quite dated and lacked convenient dining options nearby.

All i can say is that the host at gletscherblick is nice and professional. Although we couldn't stay there due to an overbooking issue, they helped us find a room at a nearby hotel, also lovely. We really appreciated that we weren't left without accommodation. The view at gletscherblick is great, and the rooms are spacious. We had a fantastic vacation!

I appreciated the helpful staff who were eager to assist with my needs. The room offered comfortable amenities with fine views from the balcony that.

The bathroom felt a bit cramped for my liking.

Waking up to the fine view of the mountains from the room was lovely. The breakfast was really good and the friendly staff. While the walk from the railway station was quite challenging with luggage, the shuttle service for 5 francs provided easy transport. The clean room and beautiful surroundings compensated for any minor inconveniences.

The views were fine, but the steep incline made it hard with luggage.
